The Mauritshuis royal picture gallery asked NextportChina to support the museum with developing a long-term growth strategy for the Chinese market. Our team first helped with formulating clear objectives and advised on the required budget to achieve these objects. Next we provided insights into the available (online) promotion- and sales platforms in China. We identified which platforms would fit with the Mauritshuis Chinese target audience and advised the museum how to step-by-step build a presence on these channels. Currently we are supporting The Hague’s most iconic museum in executing the strategy by setting-up and operate the right promotion channels and campaigns.
