Description
Ridder, a Dutch leader in smart greenhouse technology, wanted to strengthen its presence in China and equip its sales team with better digital tools to engage local customers. To achieve this, we developed a WeChat Mini Program showcasing Ridder’s product portfolio. A structured, user-friendly platform that allows the sales team and distributors to easily present and share Ridder’s innovations directly within WeChat.
Alongside the Mini Program, we enhanced Ridder’s WeChat Official Account to drive engagement and visibility. This included optimizing the account structure and customized menu, improving content presentation, and performance reporting. Additional digital touchpoints such as banner ads, H5 campaigns, and SCRM integration were recommended to create a full-funnel marketing and engagement system within the WeChat ecosystem.
